What we do

Registration and History Taking
A full look, a scale and a written note of what changed since your last visit.

Examination and Clinical Assessment
All the vital signs and complaints of patient are seen, examined and noted.

Treatment and Patient Counselling
Appropriate treatment prescription with required investigation according to the case and counselling the patient for medication use , precautions and lifestyle advice.

Follow-Up
When to schedule for re-visit, when to seek urgent care and warning signs. Also includes handing over of complete documentation and billing.
