Medical Professional | Author of The New RMO Guide | Clinical Learning & Medical Education | Patient-Centred Healthcare

I believe medical knowledge becomes truly valuable when it can be applied confidently in real-world clinical practice.
As a medical professional, I am passionate about patient care, continuous learning, and making practical medical knowledge more accessible to young doctors. This vision inspired me to write The New RMO Guide—a practical handbook designed to help interns, Resident Medical Officers, and junior doctors navigate everyday hospital responsibilities with greater clarity, confidence, and clinical awareness.
My focus is on bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical hospital experience, encouraging structured clinical thinking, responsible decision-making, and lifelong professional development.
I am particularly interested in clinical education, practical healthcare resources, and initiatives that help young medical professionals grow into more confident and competent practitioners.
My mission: To make medical learning more practical, accessible, and meaningful—one doctor at a time.

What Dr.vaibhav handles

Three kinds of work

Everything below is quoted in writing, with the retainer on the estimate from the start rather than mentioned at the end.

01

Detailed patient case taking and satisfiable treatment

Scan, simulation and staging at the first appointment. Nothing is ordered until you have read the estimate.

02

Keeping the result

Fixed and removable retainers, fitted here and reviewed annually. Included in the original quote.

03

Cases from other practices

Assessment and a written plan returned to the referring dentist, who keeps the patient if they prefer.

In his words, more or less

Why the simulation comes with a caveat

Ravi trained in general dentistry in the mid-nineties and moved into orthodontics four years later. He has spent most of the time since on aligners, including a long run of cases arriving from elsewhere with a finish that did not match the picture the patient had been shown.

A simulation is a model, not a promise, and a patient is entitled to know which parts of it we are sure about.

So the first appointment includes the projection and an account of where it is reliable, usually rotations and crowding, and where it is an estimate. He joined Denton in 2019 and holds Tuesday and Friday consultations, seeing each course through from the first scan to the last review rather than handing it on.

He also takes referrals from other practices, and returns the plan to the referring dentist rather than keeping the patient by default.

”

He told me which parts of the plan he was confident about and which he was not. Nobody had drawn that line for me before.
